It isn't clear who this is addressed to, but I'll respond as if it
were addressed to me.  I don't "disapprove" of Doug.  I don't know
Doug well enough to approve or disprove of him.  I've met him several
times, and generally the impression was favorable.  However, I do
disprove of some of the sentiments that he expresses on Vision2020.
In this case, I object to his use of the pejorative "heathens," as it
endorses an unproductive "us" versus "them" dichotomy.

As for "fixing" Doug, I don't even know what that means.
