Attached please find ACTEC's draft comments on the OBBBA, which are in near final form subject to various internal approvals and final committee input.

Washington Affairs Committee (WAC) chair Kevin Matz has asked that any comments be sent to him by Monday.  Please email Kevin and me if you have any input on the attached you want considered before he finishes working his magic to get them ready for WAC and Executive Committee approval.  Absent any such input, we will deem the substance of the attached to have been approved by the committee.
