Ah, the memories . . .
I remember living in UI's Park Village Apartments . . . February of '96 . . . the final semester of my senior year. Paradise Creek, whose deepest point usually measures no more than six inches, was approaching a foot in depth in the parking lot.
At that time I figured that it would be best if we moved out of the apartment, afraid that our rent might increase, what with newly developed lake-front property and all. We spent two nights in the Wallace Complex and a week in the Mark IV Hotel before obtaining a permanent residence courtesy of Otto Hill Apartments.

> February 11, 2014 (Moscow, Idaho) – Due to recent snow accumulation and warmer weather and precipitation expected this week, the National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for the inland northwest area, including the city of Moscow, until Friday evening. The current flood watch anticipates the potential for localized ponding of water in low-lying areas and/or locations where culverts and storm drains may be covered with snow and ice. Moscow officials advise residents and business owners evaluate snow accumulation on their property and to clear snow from any catch basins or yard drains to allow melting water access to the storm drainage system. If you have an area of concern where plowed snow may be blocking a storm drain, please report the location by calling 882-COPS.
