Think "Hobby Lobby", Mr. Rumelhart.  The Affordable Care Act (aka "Obamacare"), having passed both houses of the legislature and having been signed by the President, has become law.

The Supreme Court's decision on the Hobby Lobby should be considered "religion being pushed in actual law".
