     Don Drum, Director of PERSI, the Idaho Retirement Fund is coming to
     Moscow on Monday the 12th of September to talk with elected officials,
     retirees, and those vested in the PERSI program.  He will provide an
     update on the state retirement program and those who have questions
     and concerns.  There are also a number of legislative proposals
     that have surfaced that might be proposed in the upcoming legislative
     session.  As a note of interest, PERSI payed $509 million to retirees
     living in Idaho in FY2011.  This includes $22.5 million paid to retirees
     in Latah County.
