Tom
Don Harter is a former UI Professor. He lives on 7th Street. Dortha Headrick lives on Blaine. She was a companion to Charlie Bower, a retired farmer from Kendrick, who recently died. He gave most of his estate to the Collage of Agriculture. Don can be reached at 882-3087. He would be glad to visit with you.

> I don't know everyone on the Moscow School District Committee for Goodwill and Conciliation but I do know who two of them are and they don't even live in the Moscow School District. Maybe Gary still owns some rental property in Moscow, I don't know for sure. What about the others? Can you tell us something about the others? I am not signing anything drafted by people I know nothing about. I believe that, now, this suit needs to be decided on so that there is definitive case law on the books and then the Legislature can act accordingly. I believe it was Bruce Livingston who suggested a while back that the suit may be a good thing for this reason. I hadn't thought of it that way until then. Thanks Bruce!

Here is a petition available at four locations for people to sign if they would like to see this resolved asap. Lets not drag this out threw the court system and waste considerable time and money.
