I am not signing anything drafted by people I know nothing about.  I believe that, now, this suit needs to be decided on so that there is definitive case law on the books and then the Legislature can act accordingly.  I believe it was Bruce Livingston who suggested a while back that the suit may be a good thing for this reason.  I hadn't thought of it that way until then.  Thanks Bruce!
