[EstGift] AGENDA for October Meeting

Dear Committee Members:
 
Attached is my draft agenda for the meeting.  Please let me know if you
have comments or suggestions.  I will send you next week the draft
Subcommittee Report and Proposed Revenue Ruling on Decanting.  I hope to
have a vote to approve them at the meeting so that they can be submitted
to the Board of Regents and Executive Council.
 
I am also in need of a volunteer to be the Secretary for the meeting.
