A digital etc. authoritarian grants citizenship to a former US cyber
intelligence operative who exposed US authoritarian digital surveillance,
as this operative hides from US prosecution for exposing US massive
surveillance of its citizens and others worldwide?

The abbreviation "WTF" is overused and rather vulgar and silly... But in
this case, to offer a very emotional and oversimplified response:
