Voting day, should be a national holiday
like it is in other countries across the way
I don’t think it is too much I say
to have one day off every 730 days
for midterm and general elections
now we come to a divided section:
electoral college versus the popular vote
They got the most votes? Doesn’t matter, no
because they always take the electoral college
if you cry “change,” you run into blockage
they say that they live in a smaller state
that they are minorities, the EC should stay
but just like its’ unthinkable to give extra representation to actual minorities
you should not have extra voting power just because you happen to live in Wyoming
we should end the EC
one vote, one person, so GOD willing
We all may be free.
