He and his company have been reported to the Idaho Attorney General's office since allowing defamatory comments is the legal liability of the internet company which permits them. In addition, Kevin Owen refuses to remove any posts that are proven to be false and intentionally harmful to the reputations of forum users. He is going to be sued in late September for his personal assets and his company, First Step Internet, will be brought to court as well.
