Hi Sunil,
If you had read the article carefully, the author was talking about
impeachment as a metaphorical hanging. It's the same meaning that Clarence
Thomas used when he declared that he had been "lynched." Similarly, with 2
years of investigations as the preferred "bleeding." And I certainly agree.
