My latest acquisition is a press photo of the Idaho All Girls Singing Orchestra.
(photo taken February 13, 1946)

“The Idaho All Girls Singing Orchestra made its formal bow before the Idaho State Grange at a convention held in Moscow.  The girls put on a concert in the Student Union building on the campus and, according to all reports, it went far beyond expectations.  The members of the Grange were delighted and Professor A. A. Beecher received numerous compliments, not only on the singing of the group but also on the beauty of the girls.  They seem to be all hand-picked.”
