[Vision2020] Making a Difference in the Life of a Child

[Moscow Cares]

The Moscow League of Women Voters sponsored "Making a Difference in the Life of a Child" presented by Lynn Weaver in the Fiske Room of the 1912 Center, 412 E. Third St., Moscow. She discussed the Moscow Mentor Program, which offers community members an opportunity to be a friend and role model to children in the Moscow School District. Weaver has supported students in the Moscow School District working as a paraprofessional in special education for 16 years and has been the Mentor Program coordinator for 11 years.
