Linked below is a recent EBay acquisition of mine, a press photo from the June 6, 1974 edition of the Spokesman-Review.

It depicts men cutting a cake commemorating Moscow (the one in Idaho) at Expo '74.

Question:  Could any of you fine people identify who they are?  I'm guessin' that one of them is Moscow's Mayor.
