'Shouldn’t a 16-year old who identifies as a 21-year-old be allowed to consume alcohol?'

'Shouldn’t a 40-year-old who identifies as a 70-year-old receive Social Security benefits and the senior citizen discount at the movie theater?'

If someone is attempting to defraud the system for their own gain, the answer is obvious.  Not even remotely comparable to LBTQs who are simply seeking relief from being systematically marginalized, denigrated, and bullied from the those who ironically self-identify as "Christian".
