I see on Right-mind.us that Mr. Courtney, in a post dated 12-13-16, is
continuing to reference global warming misinformation websites such as
Anthony Watts' "Watts Up With That."  Mr. Watts has been fleecing the
public with his lucrative advertising supported global warming "skeptic"
website for many years, an excellent example demonstrating that highly
profitable "fake news" on the Internet has been around for a long time.  Of
course the exact definition of what is totally "fake news" can be
distinguished from cherry picking data and statistics to misrepresent the
truth on a given issue like global warming, which Watts' website
consistently has done for years.

A very easy search for background on Anthony Watts reveals he has limited
credibility as a scientist commenting on anthropogenic global warming.  In
fact, I was being generous.  He has only one peer reviewed scientific
paper, published in a professional journal, that is listed at the following
Desmoglbog.com website, that relates to climate science, regarding US
surface temperature stations.  Considering that US total surface area is a
mere 1.9 percent of total global surface area, the US temperature data is a
very small part of the whole picture of anthropogenic global warming.
