[Vision2020] American capitalism

Is there someone here who can explain how the gas business works? There's
one wholesale fuel distributor in Pullman/Moscow (Busch) and one in
Lewiston/Clarkston (Coleman). Do all stations buy from them? Do branded
stations have their fuel trucked in? Inquiring minds want to know.
