That is why I propose that a goal/purpose in support of the Syrian refugees be established and defined . . . perhaps with the help of the Moscow Human Rights Commission and Latah County Human Rights Commission (Hi Ken Faunce, JoAnn Muneta, and Chief Duke).

Once the goal has been identified, its management established, and a bank account created . . . Moscow Cares would like to kick things off with an initial contribution of $3,000.
