[Vision2020] Another historical measure . . .

A friend of mine lived in Eggan Apts. about ten years ago. I visited him
there frequently, and they have an aura of being haunted by something...
They are truly bizarre, like entering an alternative culture, another place
and time, that now exists in downtown Moscow.. In the early 1970s I rented
a room there for a few months... I recall reading Noam Chomsky's "At War
With Asia" about the Vietnam war. while I lived at Eggans.
I assume they are still in business.
I could write a description, but it's best to see Eggans in person...
