[Vision2020] Beer garden downtown

It's one thing to have a function in a park, yet another to close the streets downtown. It is one thing to have a function shut down the streets by a community non-profit group, and another a function by a private for-profit business. Comparing Rendezvous to Bucers is comparing fruits of different species.
