[Vision2020] Moscow City Council Session (January 5, 2015)

I wasn't "in attendance", Mr. Crabtree.  I obtain a copy of the video via public records request (and some loose change) submitted to the city's admin office on the day following the session . . . as I have been doing after every city council session for the past seven years.

Now, back to the original question . . .

Why did the Moscow City Council NOT pledge allegiance to the flag at last night's city council session?
