[Vision2020] Question, V-Peeps . . .

I must say that I don't understand the question. There is currently on
street parking in the area in question and traffic managers to flow back
and forth just fine. Increasing the number of vehicles a few percent would
not change that in any way.

As to the lack of parking, on my way home from work (aprox. 6:45 a time
that I would think many if not most residents would be home) I drove by and
checked the blaine manor parking lots for the apts. adjacent to third, they
are far from full. There were numerous spots on street to park. The parking
problem you experienced back when has apparently resolved itself.
