Which news?

The top-line listing that appears when viewing the latest U.S. News and 
World Report college rankings.

While reading the latest listings, sort the list decreasing on the 
column 'change since 2010-11.'

The result is WSU at the top of the list, with a negative 27 in rank 
change over the last four years.

What happened WSU?
