[Vision2020] Racial profiling self defense goes on trial again

My prediction is that at best the prosecutors will get a hung jury resulting in a mistrial.

Makeup of the jury: 'Four of the men are white, two more are black and one is of Middle 
Eastern descent. Five of the women are white and two are black.'

'Attorneys for Wafer were asked earlier in the day to explain why the 
first five jurors they dismissed on peremptory challenges were 
African-American.  The prosecution in the case against Wafer, 
accused of shooting the black McBride, made mention of the fact shortly 
before the second day of jury selection broke for lunch.'
