Furry Friday: Cats at Christmas 
Cats seem to get a kick out of Christmas. Here are some possible reasons:

* A Christmas tree to climb in.

* A Christmas tree to hide under.

* Giftwrap to tear.

* A better than usual quality of food scraps.

* A large number of brandied, benevolent, overfed laps to lie on.

Behold the 2014 Furry Friday collection of cats enjoying Christmastime, dedicated to Merrick, whose departure has made my Christmas a catless one for the first time in 25 years.

Our cover-cat is eight-week-old Mugi, whom the attentive reader will notice perched between non-furry baubles.
