[Vision2020] yay! we passed $18 trillion!

I would suggest we all come together on this. I'm neither Republican nor
Democrat, but if there were any libertarian congressmen I would be
suggesting that they do the same thing, though if we had any libertarian
congressmen they would already be pushing for it.
