[Vision2020] Proposal: Change Listserv Name

Got it, Wayne and Deb.  No on renaming for Wayne.  Yes on 3 posts per day
for Deb.

Tally is now:  Rename-3, 3 posts per day-3, no to both-1, no to rename-1
