You're right, Sunil (as you are 99% of the time).

I do recall something along those lines back then, where Mayor Chaney had requested that a reporter (Daily News, I think) terminate his videotaping of a council session.

I was (and still am) hoping to find out exactly when this occurred.  It will make life so much easier for me to dig (literally) through my archives.
