[Vision2020] Firm seeks to undo megaloads ruling

I don't think it effects Nicks point at all, Scott.  If the road was
appropriate for these trucks they wouldn't have to go to so much extra
effort to make it work.  Just because the square peg is small enough to fit
in the round hole, doesn't mean it is a match.
