[Vision2020] healthcare.gov vs rockstar games

I saw this comparison in a post on Google+.


healthcare.gov: 

    budget: $500+ million

    customers: 20 million visits, 500,000 managed to make accounts and submit applications

    reaction: universally reviled by everyone who used it


Grand Theft Auto V:

    budget: $265 million

    customers: sold 17 million copies in 3 days

    reaction: universally loved


Conclusion: they should have hired Rockstar Games to build the website.
