[Vision2020] Horrendous News For The GOP

I couldn't care less about the inner workings of the local Republican party. I do sometimes point out problems with conservative arguments. No one remembers because they don't become huge flame-fests. I'll maybe get a politely-worded response from Gary or Roger. For example, when the NRA made their famous "arm everyone at the schools" speech, I posted why I thought that was wrong. I don't remember getting any responses. Should I post anything even slightly contrary to the liberal way of thinking, though, and look out. Not to mention that the majority of posts on here lean liberal. I don't respond to posts that don't exist, so of course most of my responses will be attacking liberal positions. I don't usually post "me, too!" posts unless I think people on the list will believe I would think differently on the subject.

This is really a response to conservative criticisms from around the election. Obama (it was claimed) was bad for the economy. He was responsible for our bad economy and for the rise in the deficit. This is one of a handful of graphs and sets of information that show that those criticisms are not legitimate.
I wonder why you weren't pointing out the bad conservative arguments. In fact, if it is political divide in general that you are against, I wonder why you haven't spoken out against Bouma and other members of the Latah Republican Party for throwing Steed under the bus. There you have political divide and nastiness all within the same group.

You know, I really, really, really, hate the political divide in this country.

I'm not saying there's not one, but without pointing it out you look more like a sports fan instead of a person choosing their politics in a rational manner. Just my opinion, of course. We'll never get rid of our two-party system if we treat it like the Superbowl. Treat it more like NASCAR, where you have lots of different contestants to choose from :)

January. Stronger hiring shows businesses are confident about the
economy, despite higher taxes and government spending cuts.
