[Vision2020] Moscow City Council Session (March 4, 2013)

Should Wally's departure from Moscow/Latah/Idaho politics come to reality, I will personally organize a farewell party (we're talkin' music, munchies, and beverages) to be conducted at a location to be determined the day after he's gone.

The theme?  "Oh, Happy Day" of course.
