Sure, there are limits.  But you guys are the ones trying to stop me from doing something that I can right now legally do.  I'd like a better reason than "you might shoot some kids some day, and this would make it slightly easier".

There are valid safety concerns with a flamethrower with a 500 foot stream and with personal nuclear weapons.  A large capacity magazine is just a hunk of metal.
