[Vision2020] The Idaho Senate at "Work"

While recording today's state senate session, my interest in debates and votes concerning Senate Bill 1028 (Education) and Senate Bill 1042 (Health Insurance Exchange) . . .

As the proceedings approached consideration of Senate Bill 1042, it was moved and approved that Senate Bill 1042 be moved to the top of the list for Monday's session, since there were other urgent issues that required some senators' attendance.

However, before the Senate adjourned for the day . . . let me see . . . how can I say this . . . well, I'll let you listen for yourselves:

It seems, then, that the Idaho State Senate does not have time to debate a topic as vital as the health insurance, yet they have time to joke around DURING SESSION.
