[Vision2020] Huh?

We can do better at treating people with more compassion, respect, and
understanding. Tom's not perfect, I'm far from perfect, and in fact none of
us are as good as we can be. We should all strive to be better. Most of the
advice that you pass along to Tom can be generalized -- to me, certainly,
but others as well. Thus, constantly directing it at one particular person
to the exclusion of others defeats the message, IMO.
