It is also better for business too, because people can better get things done and shop. Nobody can buy anything but gas when they sit for hours in a traffic jam.

Donovan,

When I first moved to AZ, in 2008, I was amazed to learn road work was done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Of Course, it is hotter than Hades during the day in summer! Who am I kidding? Sometimes, the low is 99* at night! Anyway, it does make it more convenient for commuters.
