[Vision2020] V2020 admin request about posting and threading

Recently it has come to my attention that new posts to the V2020 list 
are being created and sent as replies to existing posts concerning 
different subject matters. This might not be so bothersome if threaded 
e-mail clients did not exist. However, they do exist, and are quite 
useful, at least when their utility is not thwarted by major subject 
changes within a thread about another topic. So, the request is, when 
changing the discussion subject, to create a new message in a new thread 
with an appropriate subject heading so topics can be found more easily 
and ordered by priority of necessity, urgency, or interest for easier 
e-mail consumption.

In a better world, "Hi, Jack" is a friendly greeting, not a disagreeable 
activity.
