[Vision2020] FW: Spring Valley question

A friend who is very familiar with Spring Valley sent this response to me
when I forwarded the question to him.

 

"It think it is  suppose to be a duck house.  It was built as an eagle scout
project.   We walked up to it one year on the ice.  It is kind of wet to get
to the house itself early in the year."

 

I haven't ever noticed it myself and I have spent a fair amount of time out
there.  It must be around the back side of the reservoir. Hope this helps.
