[Vision2020] PR - Council Committee to Discuss OvernightParking in Downtown

Way back in the day, and no, I'm NOT telling you all how far back in the
day.

*laugh*

Anyway, when we went to the Capricorn, we would park a couple of blocks off
Main Street PRIOR to going into the club.

My kids got a few tickets, then they wised up, and walked... My son used to
say there is no place in Moscow too far to walk to, or, home from.

Perhaps some signs  saying "don't drink and drive" on the same post which
state the parking hours is in order.
