[Vision2020] Isn't it about time . . .

Paul,

A thoughtful, well reasoned approach about a subject that I would list  
as "Gun Violence", which I agree has to be gotten under control.
But in the mean time, we'll have to suffer through all of the "knee- 
jerk" responses. This list is a good example of that.
