Thank you, Sue.
I was wrong to suggest that Farmers' Market management (i.e. The Arts Department) assume responsibility in establishing such a venture.
Perhaps "Moscow Cares" should contact a local veterans group, explore the possibilities, and . . .
Any suggestions?
