[Vision2020] Exxon's Claim to Economic Boom for the Megaloads for Idaho

It was disclosed, though, at yesterday morning's techie meeting in the
city council chambers that Exxon will contract Tom Grundin, Moscow's
arborist, to assist in trimming trees along US95/Washington Street.

If we play our cards right . . . maybe . . . just maybe . . . Exxon will
consider hiring locals as road guards to block crossroads as the megaloads
make their way through Moscow.

Nope.  It was explained at the same meeting that Exxon will provide their
own road guards.

Ah, well . . .
