Senate Bill 1184 will be forwarded to the House with a "Do Pass"
recommendation after a vote of 11 ayes to 6 nays from the House Education
Committee.
The committee chair owes Rep. Trail a public apology after the chair
humiliated Rep. Trail before the committee and others in attendance. More
on that later.
