[Vision2020] HB222

At the conclusion of public testimony there was a motion to move HB222 to
the 14th Order (Amending).  That motion was voted down.  I assume the HB
222 remains in committee forever?

I recorded some excellent testimony presented by Marty Peterson (Special
Assistant to the UI President) and Chief Duke.
