Moscow Police Department, in conjunction with law enforcement throughout the state of Idaho, is increasing patrols directed at impaired driving.

Moscow Police Department is currently participating in patrols directed at the enforcement of the state's impaired driving laws. Patrols dedicated to decreasing impaired driving often yield violations other than the ones targeted.

Within the city of Moscow and throughout the state of Idaho, directed patrols consistently result in:
-Warrant arrests
-Drug arrests
-Child safety seat violations
-Suspended license citations
-Uninsured motorist citations

MPD and agencies throughout the state are directing their efforts from March 11th to March 21st.

Please plan for a sober driver this St. Patrick's Day and every day for your safety, for your family and for our community.
