The "Upper Lochsa Land Exchange" portion of the "Moscow Cares" website has
been updated to include videos and photos from the Presentations by the
U.S. FOrest Service, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and Western Pacific
Tiimber at the Latah County Fairgrounds on January 11, 2011.
