One other point I forgot to mention. If you're going to post that crap about values I wish you would READ and understand what you are posting.
Here's what you wrote as a definition of "encouragement": " to raise confidence to the point where one dares to do what is difficult."
Then below you claim: "sometimes scary facts encourage people to do things to deal with the scary facts."
But do the scary facts "raise confidence"? No. So getting folks to do things out of FEAR is NOT a form of encouragement given YOUR definition.
