[Vision2020] State Budget Deficits

I had no problem with the first invasion. But if we had gone to
Baghdad then, we'd still be there. All the more reason not to go in
the first place. It is not so much a question of whether we had the
"right" but whether it made any sense. It didn't. BIG mistake. If you
think I'm wrong, tell me how and when we can leave?
