[Vision2020] State Budget Deficits

I meant to add that this is really not the point. I'm willing to admit
that WE are at war. It is not a Republican War or a Democratic War it
is our war. The USA is at war, and that means all of us.

Given that, isn't PAYING for the war the responsible thing to do? So
far we've just put it on the "credit card," that is, "paid" for it by
increasing the debt. This is contrary to the values that Jeff
suggested elsewhere in this thread (or maybe it was a different
thread): "honestly, real life, responsibility, foresight, sacrifice,
and stewardship."

Wouldn't these values suggest one of two avenues of action: stop the
war or PAY for it? And if we have to increase taxes to do that isn't
that still the honest, responsible, real life thing to do?

I don't want to be a thorn in anyone's side but the combination of
preachy crap Jeff keeps throwing out together with the absolute
failure to follow that same advice makes me sick to my stomach.
