PRESS RELEASE
City of Moscow seeking park equipment input
December 27, 2011 (Moscow, Idaho) - The City of Moscow is planning to install a new pre-school and school-age playground at Mountain View Park in 2012 and is asking area residents to provide input to determine the type of equipment to install. The new equipment will replace existing structures that no longer meet current safety and accessibility requirements for public playgrounds.
Input is being gathered by surveys that have been mailed to residences in the neighborhood surrounding the park. If members of the community at large are interested in completing a survey, they may do so at either the Eggan Youth Center at 1515 East D Street or the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center at 1716 East F Street. Responses are due by January 17, 2012.
For more information, please contact Tom Grundin, Parks & Facilities Manager at 208.883.7098 or by email at tgrundin at ci.moscow.id.us<mailto:tgrundin at ci.moscow.id.us>.
